NOTE: Since the release of this video, we renamed Servicing Profiles to Cloud Update and introduced a new user interface and set of capabilities. So, the navigation is slightly different now, but the feature discussed in this video is still there and basically works the same as described.

Introducing the latest feature in the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center – Rollback for Servicing Profiles. Rollback provides you with additional control over your Office update rollout. Join Bob and Martin (Microsoft 365 Apps Rangers) as they walk you through this feature and show you how to get started.

This is a fantastic feature that you don't really need until you absolutely do lol. Is there a way to rollback to all devices in a Servicing Profile rather than having to add all/ some devices to an Azure AD group? There is a bug with 2302 that affects the From button in Outlook so we're trying to rollback this version. It's already been deployed to half the fleet so looking for the quickest way to rollback this version to 2301. I'm guessing the skip feature is too late now that it's already partially deployed?

How long does it take to take effect? It seems to be 12-24 hours, but is there a way to force the update to happen sooner?
