Yo have a 2006 Honda Civic is the fan relay in the same sorta place, my fan stays on after engine is off n ignition is off too. But after max 2 to 3 mins turns off.

I’ve had this problem a few times with my Honda Odyssey I usually have to start the engine back up and rev it once or twice until it seems to shut off.
Most I’ve ever had to do was start the engine/turn off the engine 3 times. Probably not the best for my ignition but that worked for me.
Next time I’m definitely taping the bit under the hood… I’m also gonna keep eyes open for that spare part when it swings my way.

my fuse/relay box is a little different set up but I tapped on the relays and found the one where it shuts the fan off...great tip

After looking at this video, I went to open the fuse box, I just wiggled the fuse box as it was not coming, just that slight tap stopped the fan which was on for over 3 hours after switching the car off. Really this guy is genius 👍
