This is my issue. In 1200 elo, players just play 1 move threats all the time. Very rarely they follow any opening line at all. They always attack something. Nobody is castling, nobody is developing, nobody is following any principles. And I am trying to follow the principles, and my gameplay feels slower than theirs. And they create threats all the time and of course I will make a mistake 1-2 times per game while defending and I will lose. Then I load in the engine to analyze the game, for my positions top moves it shows impossibility hard moves that I would never imagine. But for opponent, it shows very natural and easy understanding moves. I always look at my opponent and i can see his best threats and moves, but when I look at my position, I don't see anything.

I watched the entire video. I watched two commercials embedded in the video. I watched an IM positionally outplay a bot. What I did not see was any concise, coherent explanation of what was promised: a method to calculate moves. Please, would you summarize what your 'method' is?
