Hi! I just brought the Ippodu line both the UMMON and IKUYO. I am not putting a lot of water and my matcha is still not as dark green as yours, especially when I mix it in the milk. I also brought it thinking quality matcha meant more of a matcha flavor and I can’t seem to get it right. I’ve watched so many of your videos so not sure what I’m missing. I’m also putting 3 teaspoons and still don’t think that’s enough

What are the measurements you usually have for the milk and hot water for the matcha? I always either put too much of one or the other

The colour of the matcha looks great. You might not want to use a stainless steel spoon with matcha though, as the steels can interact with the matcha and destroy the antioxidant properties in matcha

my thought when you opened the container of matcha .. I was immediately HIT with the thought of how much matcha was inside the container. they could have FILLED that container up TO the TOP .. AT LEAST. 🙄🗣️ but i love how green it is. & maybe it’s JUST ME BUTTT i feel like the greener it is, the better it taste, idk 🤷🏾‍♀️😅
