Just checked 1000XEC Binance chart. Looks like price had already topped and never went up to the liquidations at 0.42 that you mentioned at around 6:20.

Most people would have their stop losses set well before their liquidation levels though, right? Meaning price is more likely to bounce a fair bit before reaching the liquidation spikes on that liq map?

Don't use liquidation maps as part of a trend following system. It's best used for indicating trend reversals. Use large clutters for setting limit buy/sell orders (entries)

So ive seen price push to exactly one of the big spikes which shows me theres definitely validity in the data. My question is why does the tool not update once all the longs are liquidated? Price has retraced back up and still the spike stays the same?
