He’s a dreadful manager with this pathological insistence on playing this silly system with a high line, 2 defenders and 2 inverted wingbacks, which was found out after 10 games and been exploited ever since. No plan b, and doesn’t fix issues like the zonal marking at set pieces that has cost us for months and months and he does nothing. Really poor and just makes baffling decisions
