This only works if you fail to believe in a higher power.

This is very broken logic with a poorly defined definition of morality solely based on culture rather than the individual.

Yes most people use morality to gain more power but that doesn't mean that's what morality really is because it's not! True morality has been with us since the first humans since the cave man days or even before, God put this morality in us so we may be different than the animals be better than the animals

Christianity was not looking for a weakness in Roman culture. It just wanted to preach a message. Rome itself and the excess of its rulers set things up for their own failure, while Christianity was giving the people hope.

Morality(in this context, cultural values )of a group influences on many factors not just power, not just god. You're over simplifying the transformations.

If i can beat up people to submission but i don't, thats morality. If i can't beat up people to submission and i don't, thats just me being weak. Yep. Its about power.

Christianity didn’t spread because Christians wanted power(maybe at many points in time it was because of that) but mainly because they wanted to spread the good news of the gospel.

Nothing will exist in world in objective morality doesn't exist 💀

I mean, God is omnipotent, so morality does derive from the most powerful one

Morality is placed into our human nature and also aligns with God’s will and can be discovered through humility and reason.

Societal morality is dictated by whatever religion that holds the power... but that doesn't always dictate the morality of individuals

Power creates subjective morality, meaning power cannot create morals based on if it’s right or wrong. Without some type of religion that has moral standards being true, morality is just a bunch of natural preferences and opinions. So nothing would be inherently right or wrong.

This is Neanderthal analysis. The pure breed Homo sapiens have a more intuitive understanding of morality and harmony with nature.

Disagreed, morality comes from god, but sure power can DECIDE and CHANGE current moralities in to forcing people to do and think certain things, but deep in our hearts we know what is good(love) and what is bad(evilness) and i do believe that comes from being created in the image of god

Pacifism only holds weight when those powerful enough to defend it, uphold it's values.

Morality is majorly linked to justice, which is doing what’s right, doing what’s right means to not fuck anyone just for the sake of it and follow certain rules that let’s us coexist without killing/hating each other. Another thing is that varies from each individual, some parents see beating their child as morally correct so they obey while others think it’s morally wrong.

Gain power? What do you mean? What did the apostles 2000years ago stand to gain?

Moral is individual, ethics is public "morality "

You don’t have to believe in any god to have a genuine good morality. Even some of the most intelligent animals have been shown to have a basic moral code. It may not come from God, but it’s not purely selfish either.
