I'm used to CRMs, where you can add a client with their contact info and search by city, state, etc. I don't see a way to do this in CU. You can add clients as a "task" with a bunch of custom fields, but that seems like a non ideal way to use the software. Are either Monday or CU CRMs? CU claims is can be.
