Great video! For me it is Monday. My observation has been that if your team members consists of people of varying degrees of tech savviness, the intuitive interface of Monday tends to produce less entry errors. Since a tool like this is only as good as the quality of data inputted into it, an "antifragile" design is far more important than the quantity of features or the minor pricing discrepancy.

Thanks Stewart. I think one aspect that was not covered in the comparison is the mobile apps for each of these systems. Nowadays people are more mobile than ever and having a robust and user friendly project/task management app is really helpful. Cheers.

Clickup Free Plan is so good you can use it and you never need to upgrade to a paid plan. Been using it for years.

Monday is great for sure, but I find Clickup better for small businesses really, worked enough good for my small team of 5 people. Monday offer 2 seats free. Also, click got Discord integration which was awesome and very suitable for gaming communities, etc.
