The EVO 4G LTE is Sprint's latest and great EVO Android device. It's built off of the HTC One X chasis, but adds Sprint LTE, a bigger battery, HD-voice capability, and a kickstand. The device is super slender and slim, and the 720p 4.7" display is stunning. It's also quite fast, though it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1.5GHz CPU instead of the quad-core Tegra3 chip found on the One X.

I can't wait to pre-order mine! I've had both the original Evo and the Evo 3D and this will be the next phone for me. Awesome looking device. The camera alone is a huge selling point for me.

im seeing some of widows phone-esque softwre/hardware designs on the recent htc devices. ex. 1. camera hardware button. 2. three capacitive soft keys instaed of the usual four on almost all android devices. 3. three dots to reveal the menu for the app.

This is my next phone going back to HTC loved the first evo still have it didn't care too much for the 3d model but the one x is awesome pre ordering it on may 7

Amoled & super amoled don't have fake colors, just deeper colors. Actually black blacks, deeper reds, greebs etc... The saturation can also be turned down if u so choose & u can download screen adjust from the narket & make it truer than any phone on the market & it still makes the other screens look washed out. Take several pics w/an evo, iphone4 & a sgs2 & compare the colors to what u took a pic of. They'll all look different than the original color your looking @ in person.

Since it's a variation of the One X it probably comes with the new S-LCD2 IPS display that's even better!

I wouldnt worry too much about the screens. Anything at 720p is fine. But the one killer point for lcd (for me) is that amoled has fake colours, and uses more power on more colourful content.

Another example is a guy painted my car hood. The guy wrote down the number of what paint it was so he could match it perfectly. We didn't know the brand but we verified it was the same white by#. After he painted it, it looked different. Even tho they were suppose 2b exact, they were different batches so its close 2 impossible 2get them exact. So which white was fake? Neither they're just a lil different. & the saturation on the SGS2 can b adjusted 2as true as u want it w/o looking washed out

There are many versions of white but black is black. The area around your phone is a perfect example. On the sgs2 black is true black. If u take a pic of a green box & hold your phone to it, the sgs2 is actually truer than the evo 3d. The evo 4g is truer than the evo 3d also. The 3d makes the colors a little more eye catching & has more colors to do so. I'm not arguing because I've owned them all & I had the luxury of comparing them side by side. I had 3 different epics & none of them look exact

ill show you an example about what i mean.
Go onto google images and type in "one x vs one s screen" and look at the 6th link down. Should be the comparison between amoled and lcd screens.
