The pin is a play on their old, old old Long Distance commercials. they used to boast about their fiber optic network, it was so clear you could hear a pin drop. Sprint is returning to their roots a bit with the pin.

no, that phone you see at 0:17 is the EVO 3D. Before that you see the original EVO 4G. They're showing of the history of the EVO line in this vid.

No, just because the EVO line came first doesn't mean the HTC ONE X stems from the EVO. The EVO 4G LTE is almost the same exact device as the ONE X on the inside. They just modded it to fit the EVO name with the kickstand, microsd, and black and red accents. Not that I'm complaining, I have an EVO 4G LTE and love it.

Verizon really needs this phone. The kickstand is very sweeter.it should be in all your smartphones! It's the one thing I really like about my thunderbolt!

As an owner of both the Evo Shift and Evo 3D I am more than stoked about the new Evo LTE. With all the rave and fan fare coming off of HTC One I would think the E4GLTE is going to be a super smash hit. No two year upgrade? I don't care. Evo 4G LTE will be in my pocket. Still, I will be crossing my fingers for the 3D version even if word on the street says it doesn't look like it will happen.

Hey Guys the relaton between the pin and how thin the phone is, is only half the story. Do you guys remember the old 80s 90s Sprint Pin Drop commercials? I think the pin has more to do with HD-Voice than how thin the phones really is.
