What is so interesting is that as a child I grew up in an extremely toxic household. When I was abused I remember my 6 year old self looking in the mirror and saying “we will be okay”. I have always talked to myself and referred to myself as we (which I thought was because I was an only child) and now it makes more sense that my soul was trying to help my child mind cope.

My dad was an advanced soul. He traveled and lived out of his van. He tried to help every person he met. He tried to teach the lesson ds on the street skills to make money legitimately. He grew up on the streets, and severely regularly beaten by his psychopathic father and later abandoned on the streets of nyc by his narcissistic, deluded mother. He had never experienced "love" until he met a group of "hippies". This was back in the sixties. He traveled to the west coast with these hippies learning all about love and human connection. He took a bow of non violence. I never ever saw him raise his voice. He had a vicious New York sarcastic humor. He spent the last 25 years of his life houseless. Living in his van or whatever vehicle he could afford. He wasn't a perfect human. He didn't pretend to be. He was the most authentic person I have ever met. He didn't seem to notice his unkempt attire, messy facial hair usually with some evidence of earlier meals or maybe boogers 😬 he was not always pretty to look at that's fer sure! He always had a light in his eyes and he could connect with any human be it a little child or a man in a suit and make them laugh. He had zero interest in ambition. He lived the way he wanted and went where he wanted when he wanted to .... He had alot of sayings, but the one he said most was, "his is love". That's it. And he was always do gentle with me, I was lucky to have such a father. I do believe he is one of my guides and I am a newer soul with many tough lessons. My dad was a soft place for me to fall in this life. Look around you, can you see patterns of people who have loved and accepted you in this life? Those who have always been there for you? It those who show randomly and save you out of the blue? I think we have some angels contacted to help us move forward in this life... Not every lesson need to be hard and difficult.
The thing my dad taught me most was to be beautiful, to be loving, to see that everyone else is the same as you .... After all, to make another person smile is to change the world one person at a time

I feel like I was "meant" to find out about this book to resolve my own confusions about my life. Feels like I finally got an understanding of the questions about my own life circumstances that I always had. Why certain things happened, why things are the way they are, and so on. I give full due to my human side which will end some day. I feel compassion for my human side and treat it with love and patience. It is frail and delicate and deserves my care and protection. In loving myself I can love others. Knowing that my soul is eternal doesn't mean that I undervalue my human side with its human fears, needs and joys. They are both valuable. This is the truth. I remember being in a place with someone and we were looking in to this pretty big, coffee table size, glass dome. He or she was showing me my new body! We were able to see in the glass dome inside my mom where my new body was awaiting me. I was so so excited to get this started and next thing I was in her but not in my body. We were both up to the right like on the wall and next thing I remember is I was in y new body. It was such intense love feeling, WARMTH that felt so wonderful! I remember telling my self to toughen up as growing inside your mom is not exactly pleasant. Very achy and borderline painful. Our heads and jaws are the most achy/painful while growing. I remember I didn’t want to be born! I wanted to stay inside her.
My god the stuff I could tell people. We do not die, ever. We keep coming and coming back over and over to learn. Take full advantage while here and loosen up. Love is the number one lesson here, practice receiving and giving lots of love. Yes, we are being watched 24/7.

Though we were raised as the average biblical, southern, Christian (more Baptist, who sing old hymns, learn the Bible, but don’t FEEL God’s presence much, or speak of spiritual things - boring) both my mom and I, different than everyone else in our family, have always been very spiritual, and witnessed and discussed such things.
When my mother was pregnant with me (my sister was already 4) she had a kind of waking, memory flashback of her most recent spiritual realm existence when she decided to have this current incarnation. My sister and I were both in her flashback, though I wasn’t even born in this flesh yet. In her flashback, the 3 of us were great soul friends, with my sister being more of a spiritual mentor. My sister had chosen the life of a profoundly disabled person. My mother didn’t want her to choose such a difficult incarnation, so ultimately decided “fine, then I’ll go first and be your caregiver”. And then I said, “well neither of you are going without me. Those lives are both going to be too difficult. I’ll show up a little later to help relieve your stresses.” (Or something like that. It wasn’t MY memory after all.) I’ve helped my mom through many depressing days, and lifted her spirits when she felt alone, or overwhelmed, as a single mom to a disabled daughter. I’ve helped her not lose her faith when she felt mad at God. For my sister, I was her best friend and her voice - always making her laugh, cuddling with her in bed almost every night, standing up for her at school, or picking up the slack when my mom was exhausted. My sister died 15 years ago at the age of 27. Now my mother and I are still trying to figure out what the rest of our life purpose is.

I don’t believe in coincidence. I have never read or even heard of this author. I’ve been listening to this while I take my nightly bath & relax. Due to medical reasons I can not shower or do anything that requires me standing, closing my eyes and leaning my head back. Anyway back to my comment. I was able to answer the yes and no questions correctly about 98% of the time before the narrator when I was in a relaxed/meditative state. I didn’t think. I listened to the questions and simply answered the first thing that came to my mind.
