The camera isn't that big that's just the camera surrounding frame, the main camera is off the the left and that's a 1 inch sensor, the one in the middle is smaller

It's just a glass circle that appears to be housing a few different cameras. The sensor size is probably small which is the main issue with mobile phone cameras
