First, let's differentiate crash vs letting your bike fall over.
Second, relax! If you hit the dirt, all that gear helps a bunch. A few scrapes and bruises is part of it and each little scar is a reminder of how much fun you had that day. 🙂

You need build up your muscle strength & stamina and further build on your experience too, as the pros tutoring you no doubt have many years or decades in perfecting their skills over such terrain within their country to negotiate & overcome difficulties ahead or how to safely get out difficult situations too.

Being tired and/or exhausted can easily bring on cramp which is certainly not a good mix for riding especially dirt riding I bet, as it will certainly effect your concentration & balance because your health & safety always come first. So, if need be, take a break from it for a bit and remember not to let yourself get dehydrated and do eat good food like chicken & veg for maintaining your strength. Also, drink whole milk which is very good for maintaining healthy muscles & bone density too.

Have fun riding now and in the future!
