This whole episode was essentially just Gem acting out the "why are you running? WHY are you running?!" meme with the entire server.

I've just realised, but If scar succeeded in fighting and killing Gem, he could've single handedly saved the whole server, unintentionally playing the hero for the session.

There’s something so perfect about how Gem went for Scar as an easy kill, but instead ended losing more health than she dealt and leaving defeated, especially since exactly one season ago, Scar was the butt of every PvP skill joke while Gem being the infamous top dog

And of course she loses so little health over so many later confrontations from anyone else, only for Scar to accidentally kill her in the end.

can we appreciate just how slippery Scar was, the notorious Scar who dies at random things has become a PVP champ

Scar's first fight with Gem was genuinely very impressive

That bit where she tries to recruit Scar first is a great display of why I think he's a strong contender to win this season. She went in with 28.5 hearts, and gave up at 10.5 (Not accounting for +4 from TWO Golden Apples). This man plays the lovable goof, but he knows his stuff, and he can SHOOT.

I love that Pearl had an instant attitude change and got super excited when she realized she could have her dogs attack and murder! That growling 'oOoOoOoh yesSs' had me cracking up. The dark side of everyone coming out!

What is it with Gem and armies this season? First she conscripted an army to fight the dragon, now she’s created one from a zombie curse.

Grian’s “Spawn an Enderman” strategy would’ve actually worked well, seeing as Gem was staring right at it. If Etho hadn’t stared at it (he was warned by Grian), Gem could’ve been killed due to her low hearts. I have a feeling it will be used more in the future.

Scar may not know how shields work, but he can defend himself quite well. He learned so much.
