Yeah mopa airport is away from cities and has not been fully constructed so if you want to go from there just take that bus and you'll reach the bus stand from where you can go anywhere you want

And for those who don't know. You won't ever find a cab on goa miles. It's all fixed.

First of all, exit from the area where local taxis are booked, try to look for a cab without yellow no. Plate, bargain with owner, they will surely drop you in very affordable price compared to yellow plate taxi as these yellow commerical taxis works under the union and offer fixed price for every individual.
Telling this on my own experience.

Goa has its own cab booking application.. otherwise choose train to Madgaon and then to north Goa then hire a car and enjoy✌️ 1500-2000/day towards South Goa which is real Heaven❤️

I'm just back from Goa, I strongly recommend people to explore other options if you can. Scams everywhere. There is big taxi mafia happening in broad day light. Travel here if you have own vehicle or if you can spend on car rentals. Daily car rental for a automatic hatchback will cost not less than 1600 rupees per day. But refrain using taxis as they charge you two way if you are booking one way. I was charged 600 rupees for just 6 kms drive. 100 per km.😂 I did a mistake of not bringing my car. Also my advixe will be you do good research of restaurants as you will see some unrealistic prices. And the city is super unclean, littered everywhere and the beautiful Goan civic departments are doing great job to keep the city clean. Goa once known for tourists and the city thrives only because of tourism has lost all its charm. What is more surprising is not even a single foreigners I saw in my trip. May be one or two which was shocking. I do not see any reason to visit here again and i will recommend my friends to explore other options and not Goa .😊

Goa everything so expensive especially traveling-they charge 1200for 5-6 km only Goan are very rude to Indian and humble to foreigners

Buses are ther which goes from mopa airport to panaji Bus stand for 350 rupees . From panaji Bus stand take a cab and go to the preferred location simple.
