Walt Disney World is planning to bring over 1,300 units to Central Florida with a new affordable housing development near its theme parks.

The sick thing about the Rent Increases. Is you have to qualify your income before you can even get into the home. That income has to be 3X the rent. If it is not you are SOL, but the landlord can raise the rent next year, and each year after with no care about your “Income Qualifications”… WE NEED LEGISLATION TO STOP THIS

With the way Disney does slow construction, the homes will be done by 2029 & Universal homes will be done by 2024.

what about ohio and other states ..we got agencies that are available but even they put u thru hell to get it.and they act like we are dirty the agents act like they are police and talk down to people they talk as if they are giving the money
