President Ruto, Raila sign deal to work together

President William Ruto and ODM party leader Raila Odinga today signed a memorandum of understanding that formalised their political marriage putting to an end a 9-month period of what was an ambiguous relationship.
The two politicians said their new working arrangement which they dubbed a working framework would help heal differences in the country.
