1 cup of milk
3 tbsp of sugar
4-5 drops of vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour/maida
mix
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
salt to taste
1 tbsp of butter/oil
*optional* dash of cinnamon
mix and enjoy

Like comment is full of suggestions. People these days are very conscious about their health. I think we can add cardamom powder instead of vanilla essence. May be vanilla essence gives the feel of cake instead of pancakes.
