The next week a band named World from Illinois played "I just want to make love to you" by Foghat, and the right stage guitarist had a Stratocaster with a Marshall Stack and the left stage guitarist had a Les Paul and a Marshall Stack and they played the call and response beginning of the song. Awsome!

Saw Lazer band play The Sidney Green Elephant" night club in Americus, GA in May 1978. Friday night the guitar player use a Gibson Firebird and then the next night he had a black Les Paul Custom. I had my income tax refund on the way and was trying to decide what guitar to buy. I bought me a 1978 Black Les Paul Custom.
