Nick and Charlie’s story gives me so much hope and makes me feel so warm and at home. 💙💛

I've never had any sort of relationship during my teenage years (I still don't now, lol) and everyone who relates knows the struggle. It feels like there's something wrong with you somehow. Even if I don't relate to the series in terms of the queer experience, I just love seeing such a heartwarming representation of pure love. As a bisexual teen Heartstopper has been so incredible because I relate to it. I relate to the struggles of coming out, and classmates bullying you, and trying to feel safe and normal in a world that can be so scary. Some Heartstopper scenes have made me cry because I see how happy Tara and Darcy are and I'm just like this is beautiful I hope I can have this some day. This show has really allowed me to feel more comfortable in my own skin as an aroace teen, and this season really really made me feel seen because there is very very little aroace representation in the media, the struggles are so relatable when trying to figure yourself out in todays world, and I love this season so much! As a straight person, I just love heartstopper so much. When it first came out on Netflix I decided to read the books and watch it immediately and ever since then, still my favorite show.
