Gad, it started in the universities; I know this was going on at least 20 years ago. I don't know when it started; I remember it was not the case around 1978, but by 2000 it was rampant. Now that it's worked so successfully, they've pushed in down to high school, then elementary school, and now kindergarten. It's been in the workplace for decades also. IT MUST STOP.
