Raspberry Pi Pico MicroPython Chapter 5 UPGRADED

Chapter 5 is about building a Traffic Light Controller. It is then expanded to include a PUFFIN crossing. We will be upgrading our traffic lights to include North South and East West lights. I will be going through the pseudo-code and create a table to develop the light sequence.
