I work at discount tire.And I actually recommend against this because not only does it cause a bunch of problems if we actually have to repair your tire if that didn't work.But also if you're trying to get a new tire it makes a massive mess which means a real big time on clean up so do not use this.

I remember my dad putting this in his tires when he got a flat once. Then he blew up the tire, took the car for a spin to settle the slime all over the inside of the tire, and it was good as new.
