Jeffs buff wasn't to his bubbles, it was to his primary fire. With it being basically infinite range, and basically straight line AOE, it's a MASSIVE buff

16:00 Flats Scarlet Witch is the same a s Wolverine. Her primary deals 5% max hp damage and now they are nerfing it to 3% for more Base dps. They just want her to be more effective againsts squishies.

16:00 she's not the inverse of wolverine, they're just saying that for the patch specifically. She has the same ability to do more damage to tanks, but it's significantly weaker on her so they're having her give up some of it to do more damage to squishies. It's funny, her attack actually does less damage per second than Cloak's to any target that has less than 500 total health (only once something has more than 500 does she out-damage him). This'll still be the case after this change, but the difference will be a lot smaller now.

No breakpoints have changed for Hawkeye, so I still expect him to be a must pick/ban unfortunately. As a tank main it's nice to see that Scarlet Witch buff + Magneto team up buff though

For Bucky, if you read his description of the pistol, he does area damage behind the target( never noticed it)

The wolverine point about him being a surpiseingly strong pick is a bit of an unfair comparison. The reason people thought he was terrible is because his abilities are practically hidden away in the website, because all it says in game is "this does damage" not "This deals far more damage to tanks than swuichies" so everyone just assumed it dealt flat and saw he did no damage to squishies and dropped him. Netease does seem to have a very nice approach to balance so far, where there isnt anything being completely gutted, but they really really struggle with communication when there isnt any excuse, like all it would need on wolverine is "He deals damage based on the enemies maximum health" anywhere and people would have understood how to play him immediately,

I think with Susan and how she heals, and some general changes, we might see real "Rush/Brawl" comps
Thor and Storm are gonna be best friends forever imo, speed boosting a Thor in so he can Ult a group is hard af, some of that Rein + Lucio vibe
Sky the limit from there, run Hela for rez. Maybe Rocket + Punisher/Bucky, double up on damage boost, and even Rocket chunks up close
