Could you also make a video on permits, temporary permits, setting up your llc, do you get taxes as an s-corp, type and amount of insurance for you and employees, how you pay yourself, and maybe how much you started making your first few months vs now, and anything else business wise that you wish you knew when you started?

Just binged a few of your videos and the price break down makes this seem very straightforward for me to decide on building a food truck for my parents. I'm a metal stud framer and drywall hanger by trade so something like this definitely seems doable for me.

Yessir! I'm currently working construction in a small town in the North East. About to spend the winter making one of these bad boys. Only thing I need now is to find a trailer to purchase. I will most likely do a 6X12 with atleast a 6'3" interior height.

I advise you to check with your local guidelines for your build. This can be a big cost if your area requires ALOT. Small rural areas have little to no restrictions on food trucks when big city's could require a brick and mortar/commissary building before you can have a food truck or trailer. This can big a big cost factor, kind of food you are serving plays a roll too.

One thing no one told me before I got into this was getting my name out there is harder than building a mobile restaurant. Build your name first. Start small.
