When I first watched this, I was so furstrated that Jake didn't manage his goodbye surprise. But I didn't realize that this is actually a call back to the episode "Nine Nine" (best episode in my opinion). Near the ending, Terry gave a speech about the value of friendship and being a team, but was cut short since Captain Holt is on a rush. This is actually Terry finally finishing off his speech, even though the part that he was cut off and the speech doesn't really match, both speeches have the same context. Also, Kool-Aid Terry is really cool
