Why can't she just admit he misconstrued what the mayor said? She can say he misunderstood if she wants, it may or may not be true, but at least ADMIT that he accused the mayor of saying something he did not say. Don't pretend it didn't happen. How can she ever hope for any credibility if she refuses to face the truth? It isn't a question of opinion, it is a fact that what Trump said was not true. This is just crazy.
