It's difficult for a highly addictive personality teen to get out of it, where mental addiction and withdrawals are stronger than the physical withdrawal entirely. For a chronic vape user at whatever age, even if quitting has been attempted before, it'd probably be best to have a ton of nicotine gum and normal gum. Vapes are mostly 5% which is a ton of nicotine

Okay but what if I’m vaping nicotine free juice? I’m supposed to start taking nicotine patches and gum even tho I’m addicted to the physical habit of vaping and not the nicotine within it?
