In today’s video, we examine the growing presence of Indian professionals in the U.S. tech industry and the serious implications it has for America’s workforce. With the Biden administration pushing to reduce the number of H1B visas granted to Indian nationals, we need to understand why this change is causing so much controversy. Many claim that Indian tech workers are crucial for America’s tech dominance, but is this really the case? We break down the facts, challenges, and questions about the future of tech jobs in the U.S. and how India’s influence may be reshaping Silicon Valley.

The U.S. was once the leader in technology innovation, but with an increasing number of skilled Indian workers dominating top American companies, we have to ask: has this helped or hurt America’s technological edge? As Indian tech workers send money back to India and create large networks of influence within U.S. firms, the country is faced with tough decisions on how to maintain its competitive advantage. Is the U.S. truly benefiting from this influx of foreign talent, or is it slowly being overrun by India’s dominance?

This video will challenge the narrative that India’s tech professionals are a “boon” to the U.S. economy. From accusations of fraud in the immigration system to concerns about job displacement for Americans, we discuss the deeper issues behind the H1B visa debate. Does India really have the technological prowess to lead in the global stage, or is it all just a myth? Watch the video to learn how this all plays out for the future of U.S. tech.

I keep seeing so much BS saying highly skilled Indian workers, technical talent etc. with reference to Indian H1B workers. I am an Indian.. and know that it is a complete BS. If indeed all these guys are talented, why is there no single Tech company in India that has its own IT products? The best Tech companies we have got here are the ones that do outsourced IT work, such as TCS, Infosys etc. Everyone knows that there is nothing great in what they do.. And any Tom, Dick and Harry can do these jobs. Probably 90 percent of the H1B workers in the US are employed for outsourced IT work. The IT is outsourced to Indian companies and they would like to hire only Indians on H1B vsias. This is the bulk of H1Bs. On the other hand there are the top 5 percent of the Indians, who are actually smart and deserve to work in the US on H1B. All the time these smart guys are shown as examples to say H1B is good, whereas lots and lots of dumb and cheap IT workers are also brought in on H1B. This is the absue of the program.

India is always bragging being a superpower - with nothing to show. Why don't you just use your massive IT talents to create something. The using of these low cost Indian IT talent will eventually destroy American competitiveness. The trouble with America companies is that they always take a short cut way, instead of developing local talents.

The CEO take overs have all taken those American companies downhill. Boeing goes downhill, for their plane parts are produced in India. Boeing planes go crashing or parts dropping in mid-air...😂

FINALLY, Americans are awake!!!!
I am a H1b candidate from minority group in India. I came as a student and earned USA degree and then had my H1b! Been in IT for almost 10 years now! I got to tell you I got fired many times by my own people, Indians because someone will be working more hours and with much less pay from India! Cast system have killed US IT industry since two decades!!!

Where do they get the idea that Indians are getting to US because of their outstanding technical abilities? The rankings they top is the volumes of immigrants they manage to place in the West and the number of American corporation they manage to take over.
In competitive rankings actually measuring technical talent they are usually at the very bottom.

Why can’t these companies hire US graduates? There are over 130, 000 engineers graduates in the US each year. The U.S. has enough talent for its own industry.

Indians are #1. America cannot lead the tech superiority without Indian engineers. Indians also make the best doctors, without them US will no longer be able to provide the superior healthcare services it currently is providing to its citizens. Indians make the best managers, just look at how profitable and innovative Google, Microsoft, Micron, Adobe, and IBM are. Without these outstanding leadership, these American companies will not survive. We need more H1B visas for Indians to remain the sole superpower.

When economics of hiring American worker over H1b worker is justified, you will not need to post this homily to American companies to hire more Americans.

Economics drives politics. Revesrse seldom works.

H1B visas are not only for the engineers many doctors from India around 60k are of indian origin, 10k indians are teachers and 20k nurses, and as for Indian students STEM study is considered top tier and highly valuable, this has lead to Indians choosing only two career lines either doctor or engineers, which is why there are so many Indian tech engineers, the reason that India having such good engineers still can't tackle poverty is misleading how will engineers do the work of government, many indian students in top colleges in India decide early to move to US or europe for further studies which includes many top rankers leaving the country year because there are very less colleges in india that provide such better education with comparison to its population and there are less oppurtunities here, and yes i also agree that many Indian recruiters recruit Indian engineers because they can RELATIVELY pay them less and work them for more hours, and for an indian to work in such big tech firms is a big oppurtunity, and recruiters seeing these hungry indians can EXPLOIT them sometimes than the american counterpart.

Why talk only about 1 % of Population ; Indians ? -- All comments about Americans are unnecessary and wrong. I have been to US many times. Have high regard for Americans. Fact is there are no enough number of Engineers in America. I am not at all saying Americans are not graduating. Bur there is so much Demand from Silicon Valley or Companies all over US ; Tech & Others ; there is shortage of Engineers; whether American or Non American. Day by Day ; Business is increasing. Next 10 Years; its going to be so busy because of AI Wave ; Semiconductor Designing and so on. ; America needs to get H1B Engineers in more numbers. Look Social fact -- Today ; there are hardly 1 or 2 Children in family. Many Men and Women like to live Single. So White Population is on decrease. Or I say stagnant. On Other side Business demand is increasing. Think and Discuss from this angle also. Keep Politics aside for a while. More Chinese are coming to America but why discuss about Indians only. Many terror elements invaded in US ; like attempt on Trump in Pennsylvania. No one talks about it. Indians have always proved as honest employees. Indians never stolen Technologies and send back home. Always Loyal with Country wherever they work. Has any Hindu Man or Organisation known for Terrorism. A present drama is planned and paid ; may be by Deep State funded by China. America has not yet understand her real enemy. Why talk only about Indians. May be China wants its people to enter in AI ; Semiconductor Design and take home Technologies. . Also discuss why White Population is reducing.
