Kids Life Jacket Safety (PFD)

We all know them as life jackets, but their proper name is PFD (Personal Flotation Device). How do you know if your child's life jacket is fitting properly??? First, they need the correct size, then do this simple thing to make sure it is fitted properly.

Crotch straps are super important to prevent the PFD from riding up

How are they? I ask because the one on the right has the benefit of the crotch strap which could help the one on the left.
Also, is that Utah or Arizona?

Is this some fetish for life jacket lovers?

Cause I am one and I plan to get my first life jacket for swimming in the sea in Croatia.

But I don't see this funny or attracting at all and also it's a bit harsh for adjusting the jacket for the kid violently and just tossing the kid to the water like that.

I don't mean to offend you and your kids buddy, it's just an opinion.
