Wait tho. You should mention if your pregnant and have crazy itchy feet and palms, go get a test run for cholestasis (spelled wrong). Saved me and my daughter a lot of peocedures

Dog and cat hair. They can slip right into the skin. I had a one inch hair all the way in the skin where only a tiny tip was visible.

! THERE'S ANOTHER ANSWER! do you wear socks?? well it can be sock residue so I recommend taking a shower and wash the bottom of your feet and the sides to help get rid of it.

It can also be the big muscle on the bottom of your foot contracting and stuff it feels SO itchy but the right thing to do is not itch it but get a foot massage

i had that from warm showers. my lower legs would itch and my feet would just join in. then only soles. its when i shower warm only and its colder climate.
