White House holds press briefing as Walz joins Harris ticket

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre will deliver a press briefing Tuesday afternoon.

Jean-Pierre is likely to be asked about the new Democratic presidential ticket after Vice President Harris picked Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) as her running mate.

The possibility of a wider Middle East war, and an Iran attack on Israel, is also almost certain to come up after the assassination in Tehran last week of a top leader of Hamas.

The Oval Office and Pentagon are also faced with how best to calm tensions in the region to prevent an all-out war launched by Iran and its allies against Israel.

Tuesday’s briefing is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. EDT.

Response:
1. She should be informed of most if not all of the subjects that apply to this point.
2. The Hatch Act doesn't ban the scope of material she claims it does.
3. The public statements do not address all of the subjects desired.
4. This is a rediculous talking point - they lowered the price of one drug - insulin - which is generic pharma NOT big pharma nor pharma in general.

WRONG economy was coming back very nicely after pandemic. unemployment was getting back, rates were low, prices were low, we only had about 1.4 interest's rates, compared to Biden which made us have rates going up to 9.1 yes, they have come down, but we still have to high of rates & then stock market to a sharp dive a few days ago, & is not back yet

If you think economy is strong you should get out more, & come watch some as they try to pay for food or other things & see how they have to live because of this administration, but doubt that you would ever do that because you want to believe & want all to believe what supposedly that this administration is doing such a great job, Most of us know that you are not, & we feel it in our pocket books
