I had this plasma procedure done for my hooded eyelid. It turned out really well, really satisfied with the result, which looks natural as it supposed to. All the cautions are exactly what dr Dray mentioned. Quite painful, I couldn’t even properly open my eyes for 3-4 days. After 2 days non touching, need to reapply sunscreen every 2 hrs to protect that fragile area. I was provided with collagen boosting serum to use at night and in the morning after cleaning. Things will start to get healed and better after 5 days to a week. Expecting some slight redness for a month, which anyway can be covered with sunscreen during the day. Overall, the pain is worth it in my opinion.

I’m a licensed esthetician and I am certified to do this tx. My mom was my model and her results after one tx were amazing. She is 87 and will need more but the results are definitely impressive and much less costly than other more invasive procedures. Thank you for this video.

I bought one on Amazon for 35.00. I also bought and expensive one. They both work the same. I love the results. I had some hyperpigmentation but went away after a few weeks. I’m a nurse but not trained to use this device

I've just had my upper and lower eyelids done and could not be happier. Will definitely do it again and again. Totally worth it!

Dr dray is right about not washing face for at least 48h after the procedure. I brought the pen for dpn and it worked wonderfully (only after the third time though and I think it's because unlike the other times, I actually used vaseline the whole week, 7 days, not washed my face aside from a little water to clean a bit, I was walking around being greasy all week lol, however I clearly remember the scabs falling off within the 3rd day, no scarring, no hyperpigmentation, nothing, even after a year). Before I forget, I'm brown skinned, the second procedure left me a slight hyperpigmented spot in cheek because I only used vaseline the first day (which was hopefully gone within 4-5 weeks). Honestly, unless you are sure you don't have skin cancer and you are prepared to have a full downtime of at least a week covered in grease, I'd say you shouldn't plasma pen yourself. Otherwise, all hail vaseline!!! Peace.

I just had my eyes done for my Hooded lids! I DEFINITELY recommend shopping around and asking for a patch test from the person administrating the test. I had a person who attended a training and was certified… but her technique was not quite right and my “dots” didn’t fall off for over 8 days and left some hyperpigmentation.

I went to a nurse practitioner and wow the difference was night and day. The patch test didn’t hurt at all and the dots were much deeper and fell off after only 3 days. I also kept them moisturized with Vaseline and 5 days later ALL the dots were gone.

I’ve already noticed some differences (1 week in) and can’t wait to see continued results! I’m also about to begin taking a collagen supplement to support further healing. So glad I went for it!

I just had this procedure done two weeks ago and I am very satisfied. Looks very natural at two weeks. I love it, I am going back to do other areas.

You spoke on who should avoid this for less than 30 seconds but yet made it the title of the video.

First! Good morning, Dr. Dray!
Edit: I keep gushing about it but it was really that informative – sent your recent vaping video to some of my friends who vape; I hope they cease the habit 🤞🏾

I use the Sio patches under my eyes each night and absolutely swear by them. It really reduces the puffy bags.

It Worked wonderfully around my eyes once and upper lip twice. I have fair skin and avoid the sun as well as sunscreen religiously. Terrific benefits for me at 65 yrs old. It takes time to see the full results. I plan to repeat my eye areas when this peak of high transmission virus slows down.

I had plasma fibroblast and wish I hadn’t. Not only did it not help my crows feet but I now have scars on my eyelids and a skin tag where there was none before. A very painful and expensive mistake. Ugly before, even uglier now.

This is the most painful treatment that I've had done. Check to see if a peel or something else could give you the results that you're looking for. Not wanting to discourage people, but expect to feel it even with any of the ''caines'' put on first.

Thank you! I’m hoping my Opthamologist will say my hooded eyes are affecting my eyesight so I can eventually have the eyelid lift! I’ve been wanting to Sio for a long time!

I'm not sure if you've covered it in your hyperpigmentation videos but perhaps you could address hyperpigmentation that's normal especially in POC, like folks who have a dark upper lip and a more pink bottom lip. There are folks who think that hyperpigmentation on areas of their body are something that's not normal and that needs to be fixed.
