I know I mispronounced "graduations" a couple times during the video, I had to go and look it up afterwards because I wasn't sure. In any case, this should be somewhat useful for learning how to draw marks on conical surfaces. If you have any questions feel free to ask them in the comments. Nice job Clark! Great explanation! FYI @17:18 - after you add text to a line there is a blue dot (usually floating in space). If you drag that onto the origin (to create a coincident relationship) that will get rid of the under defined status.

I wonder if maybe you could do a surface offset of zero, of the conical face. Then flatten surface. Then layout the text on the flatten surface. Then WRAP. Just spitballin here :-)
