I got a few questions since I wanna make sure I have everything clear

So we should always be having at least 1 and max 2 sessions per day?
^ Should I have at least 1 rest day?
Is footwork and dribbling considered technical work (alongside passing, shooting, etc).
Would jogging moderately for a few kilometers be considered as conditioning?
Is strength and power work only considered non-weight and weighted exercises?


I'd appreciate this greatly if you were to answer these as I'm really starting to get a proper routine going but I've watched another previous vid on overloading my training and I'm pretty sure that's exactly what I've been doing these past 2 weeks.

you said that the work that requires high psycholigical or physiological comes first, but conditioning sometimes has that more than team trainig ?

When you mean about speed and agility training do you mean like ploys or isometric sprints? And for the gym I mostly use machines I do like bodybuilder workouts cuz am skinny am not that crazy about bodybuilding not trying to look cbum and I eat healthy food and take a lot veggies and fruits so do you think this is good

how can be the order of training, if i have team training sessions in the evening and i want to work on strength and power when i can put them ?
