For capital letters use the arrow key with the line under it right above the arrow key on the onscreen keyboard to get capitals (it's like holding the shift key.) Use the show character viewer for question marks and any other symbols.

So, I guess there's not a solution to do mulitple key-presses? (e.g., sticky keys in the on-screen keyboard without having to turn on sticky keys). ...I need to do ctrl-alt-end, for example.
