I know this works, I had a knee injury that didn’t improve after surgery. I realized it was because I thought I was injured, which kept me injured. I started to think of being healed, and after 15 years of pain, I was pain free within a few days of thinking I was healed. Our bodies are amazing!

The universe is amazing! I been watching your videos for a while and I love them. When you mentioned your book, I thought it sounded familiar. I looked at my night stand and saw the book right there. In my town every week there's a basket full of free books to encourage people to read, I always get one or two, if they interest me... I've had this book next to my bed for maybe 6 months. I keep saying I'm gonna start reading it, but haven't started. I'm so excited now! Thinking I've had this tool right next to me, at my finger tips! Maybe I wasn't ready for it before. I am abundantly creating being at one of your workshops. I am 27 reversed and I've always known on some level that I am reversing aging. When I was awarded a million dollars from my mom's death, I built my dream house, bought the car of my dreams and retired. Then my body became arthritic, had unsuccessful knees surgery and rebuked aging. However, I surrounded myself with relatives who constantly reminded me of how old and disabled I were. Now, my daughter introduced me to you and i'm consumed with quantum physics. I listen e everyday, most, if not all day and i'm learning to get back into meditation. Changes are amazingly uncomfortable, yet, from my life long study of metaphysics, I know it works. When I was 10 yrs old, I watched a TV show called "The millionaire ". I saw myself receiving a million dollars and I stuck by that vision and I created it. I've yet to see "What the bleep...", i'm going to get and watch it over and over. I've created lack and the money is gone. I will not say i'm broke, just growing into a new consciousness. I love this new awareness that is changing my future. All the best, Dr. Dispenza.

@ 12:24, makes sense to me as it did back in 1994. What I did wrong as a teenager, was not hold on to this and allow other thoughts to contaminate this way of thinking. With age comes experience; sometimes you have all the answers, but don't know you have them. A great lesson learned from this video.
