Remember the amount you want to borrow, must equal the amount you have in the insurance policy 🎉

With a whole life policy with a loan of $4200 and cash value of $5000 and dividends of $3300, whats the best way to get out of this mess and pay off my loan and withdrawal most of the rest of it for an emergency?

Can i use 90% of my cash value to pay off my loan and be even and take 90% of my Dividends [-] 2% of the processing fees?

What is a rough interest rate they would charge for the 30k after you take it out?

Why don’t you just borrow from your equity and have the tenant service that loan? This sounds too complicated, and complicated ass shit like this is always a scam.

i bought a car for 0% interest rate, if i got a loan from my insurance company they were going to charge me "small interest rate" of 6.5%. also i only had 27, 000, the car cost 45, 000. you pay interest rate to your insurance, banks have lower rates!

Ah yes. I'll pay 30k into policy, take out a loan against my own money and pay myself back while paying the interest to the insurance company and not my own about right 🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

f you are good enough with your own money, I think you won't consider the whole life assurance like the ULTIMATE THING. Accept a scenario in which your bipolarity owns that dang insurance company.

Small interest rate? 😂 Compared to a credit card maybe. Expect to pay 8% interest on that loan. Also, you're gonna have to wait 10-15 years before you can even borrow that 30k cause you'll have no cash value till then. So you're putting money into this for 10-15 years just for your money to break even (you just lost alot to inflation) and then the opportunity to pay an additional 8% interest on that money that youve finally broke even on. This system only becomes beneficial after 30-40 years. That's how the insurance companies make money on you
