um, what are you guys talking about? this is one of the most perfect music videos i've ever seen. the performances are so impeccably acted that you understand all of their very nuanced gestures without ever losing track of the song. and the very specific places in which the band members appear. that was all very intentional, you know. if you actually pay attention you'll see all the statements being made about love, the nature of government, and the nature of... well, nature, really. it's gorgeous.
