Chinese people are NOT racist; hence, they didn't dismiss an entire region like Africa with an abundance of natural resources, most youthful region in Africa with huge potential. In the last 100 years or so, when China was backward and poor while many other nations were prosperous and rich, they had adopted the wise attitude of "與其臨淵羨魚，不如退而結網" in order to catch up with them. Today, the countries that had fallen behind or been surpassed by China should change their mindset to explore and develop new innovation of improving their technology, skill, productivity, etc. instead of imposing high tariffs to slow down China. High tariffs may not hurt China in long terms, but shall hurt their own citizens immediately.
