The first edition of this book is what gave me the ability to defend my faith, therefore solidifying my faith. Thank you Josh!

I met Josh 30 years ago at a conference in Arizona. Amazing man and ministry. Transformative apologetics will cement your faith so you can stand firm till the very end. Matthew 24:12

Good to see Josh McDowell available on YouTube. I had his "Evidence that Demands a Verdict" clear back in College during the 90s.

Right on. The Bible doesn't teach us to tolerate those that don't believe what we believe. No. It teaches us to love those that don't believe what we believe. A world of difference.

Thank you for sharing the good will accept, some will the Lord Jesus Christ taught this, but it doesn't change what the Bible is, and what has been revealed to mankind about God's salvation for us all.

28:09 "He was the most unlikely concept of the Jewish Messiah." Hmmm. And yet he fulfilled 3 million prophecies. Christians try to have it both ways on this.

all these highly standard of copying was developed later thats y u can see less variant and copy mistakes. but as u go back further the discrepancies increases. to make things worse, u dont have the original to compare it to. the most is u can reconstruct is the copy of the copy of the copy of the copy.

We have to tolerate the fact that sinners sin. We do not have to tolerate sin. The love comes in, when we tell people the truth about sin, even though they hate us for it. The reason sinners see the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ as hatred, is because it interrupts their pleasure. It causes them to think about the fact that their chosen lifestyles could be in error and it makes them confront eternity.

I think they were following Christ to death closely because they met him in person and witness his miracles. Not very surprised we modern people need to chase more evidence to back up. Why would you so surprised?

Hi Josh, I just want to mention, the number of possibilities quoted in "the evidence that demands a verdict" is incorrect. The number of possibilities for eight prophecies equals to 255, for 61 prophecies there are (10 to the power of 18) x 2.30 and not even close to what you quoted for 48 prophecies (ten to the power of 157).

Josh's work was a great blessing to me as a new believer 40 years ago and still is today. It's just a real shame that he doesn't see the lie of eternal torment and that Jesus can't save anyone UNLESS they take the step toward Him. If only Josh would look carefully at the original Greek words that supposedly talk about hell and "eternal". He would find that they don't mean what he thinks and he would learn that Jesus is the SUCCESSFUL Saviour of ALL humanity.
