The one with the radio making weird noises: You can see the preset stations (frequencies) on the screen, specifically 100.5, 100.9, 102.5, 103.5. BUT the frequency this is tuned to is 103.3. This is probably not a station in that area, and what you're hearing is bleed over from nearby frequencies. Plus, you can pick up random bits of cell phone calls on these open frequencies sometimes. This is not paranormal in any way at all.

If you look to the left as the realtor first walks into the house you will get a quick glimpse of someone in blue sleeping on the couch. The realtor could have been so focused on the video screen that he didn’t notice the person on the couch.

During the thunder storm ... the straight green light reminded me of some footage filmed during the Paradise CA fires. People theorized then that the fire was being started/manipulated by "laser" / emp device, although the light beam was white and blue.

A simple explanation for the radio video is the antenna is either bad or loose.
The antenna on my car was hit by a falling branch, it didn't appear damaged but our radio would play Sirius XM fine then jibberish would play, I took it to the dealership and they said that the antenna was loose and slightly damaged causing non Sirius XM channels to bleed through.
Once the antenna was replaced we've never had that problem again

Dunno what that is but a meteor's trajectory does not change like that. I'd be inclined to say it is a laser from a satellite, but then why do we only see it when the lightning strikes? Very cool video!

The video of the lightning storm, the beam of light coming down looks like something out of Star Trek. It looks like an energy weapon discharge like the phasers from the enterprise.

I’m from Tucson AZ, lived in Sierra vista AZ for a while. There’s some WEIRD things in the sky.
Not to mention all the strange things on hiking trails I’ve seen at night. No joke.
