ANZ launches new digital offering

ANZ CEO Shayne Elliott has spoken to Sky News Australia about the bank’s new app.

ANZ Plus seeks to address the challenge of open banking – which is where customers now own their own data.

“It’s really about putting the tools into people’s hands that are delightfully easy to use,” Mr Elliott told Sky News Australia.

So I was in the middle of Queensland, tried to buy parts for my bike, , found them went to pay, just then the power went out, so no digital transaction could take place, then tried to pay cash, , sorry we can't take your money the till is off, no power, ok how much is it ? Don't know the till has the prices, ,ok I said I'm in a hurry, sorry they said but all the change for cash is in the till that won't open, ,no power, , see where this is going, , you need perminate power to spend digital money ..
