Flower of Service Explained || Service Marketing

Flower of Service is a service marketing concept. Flower of service talks about the complementary services that come with a service. For every service providers, they have to provide their core services, and there are going to be a lot of other supplementary services as well.

There are eight elements to the flower of service. They fall into two different categories.

Four of them are facilitating elements of the flower and the other four are enhancing elements of the flower.

Facilitating Elements:

1. Information
2. Order Taking
3. Billing
4. Payment

Enhancing Elements:

1. Consultation
2. Hospitality
3. Safekeeping
4. Exceptions

I discuss each of these elements in detail in the video.
