Dan I have to agree with these people. It is always a pleasure to watch your videos. They are always very educational. I look forward to them. Thanks for sharing your videos.

My first guitar repair book was yours Dan and it's my 'go to' guide if I need a reminder! I now run my own repair shop in Nottingham, England and it's thanks, in part, to you. We all love you buddy :)

Dan was a great guy and enthusiastic builder/repairman before he joined Stew-Mac. So good to see how he's found the just right slot for his abilities, and become a teacher and inspiration. When I had nothing, no money, he helped me work on my old Kalamazoo archtop with oval soundhole in his home shop outside Ann Arbor. Ability with humility; inspiring.

Great video Dan. Wow. Thank you.
A lot of people try to report on NAMM, but few ever manage to keep my interest all the way through.
I watched every second of this though, and didn't fall asleep or fast forward once. It was like being there with someone all the somebodies would want to say hi to, and there was no tedious overkill or waiting in between. Awesome.

Oh wow. Ronnie North is still out there doin the do! Good for him. He stopped by our booth at NAMM about a decade ago, and he hung out with us the rest of the day. He even drove us to some places for food. Good dude.

Very neat to see Dan wondering through the crowd and seeing talented friends.

Looks like Dan is the most sought after celeb at NAMM. I know if I was there my top priority would be to shake Dan's hand and say thanks for the wealth of knowledge that he shares with all of us. Then I'd have to bug him to sign my indispensable copy of his Guitar Player Repair Guide which has been my bible for a long time.

Dan, What is that little guitar on the wall behind you? I found one identical to it for 10 bucks at a garage sale. Perfect condition except for the scar where someone scraped off the logo. I have a guess, but don't know what it is????
