Does left sided chest pain with tingling sensation signify Heart Attack? - Dr. Durgaprasad Reddy B

Left side chest pain varies from person to person. Most important thing one should understand is a compressing chest pain which is occurring mostly towards the left and radiating towards the neck, shoulder blade, left shoulder and the arm and to the wrist. Most likely that is an heart attack. Usually the heart attack will be associated with nausea, which is vomiting like sensation. Some patients vomit also, very tired, fatigue and patient can have profuse sweating. Then we have to consider to go to an emergency department for a cardiac check up.
