Recently, the Supreme Court has stated in one of its orders that the police should take action against hate speech. In such cases, the court has ordered the police to take Suo motu cognizance without waiting for the complaint. The CCI i.e., Competition Commission of India has imposed a fine of more than 1300 crore rupees on Google, the world's largest Internet search provider company.

Coming to the environment section, Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Mission LiFE. The action plan aims to reduce the effects of climate change by implementing various strategies and measures at the individual and community level. Methane 'super emitters' have been detected on Earth. It has been discovered by NASA's EMIT. According to NASA, EMIT has identified more than 50 methane super emitters
