I mean, the Honkai devs are pretty open with their character designs. Haven't heard a lot from the Genshin devs regarding their characters.

The meme currently going out is the phrase regarding Pardofelis in her character design trailer "...so we made her wear less...". The actual context is that she's supposed to have a wider range of motion, and for that to happen, they made her wear less.

I'm like, "Ah, of course." But there's still no hiding the Elysia character designer being like, "We tightened parts of her dress so we could see her thighs more". The full context of the sentence is the context itself.

Main screen -> Supply -> Shop -> Activity Shop -> Battle Arsenal -> Haxxor Bunny fragments (You can get the materials required if you play the stage "time works" on Main screen -> Attack -> Attack -> Material Event)

or

Main screen -> Supply -> Shop -> Basic Currency -> Asterite Shop -> Fragments -> Haxxor Bunny fragments (There's lots of ways to get Asterite, but I'm sure you must have some of it already)

Knight Moonbeam was probably the most powerful Kiana before HoV's release. She's featured in the proof-of-concept CG 'Reburn.' Her strength is her Switch QTE, where she Macross Missile Massacres multiple targets, and she also transforms her guns into a massive railgun for her ult. But I've barely used her since getting Senti.

There are quite a few farmable Valkyries, including Haxxor Bunny. I took advantage of that fact to get her, Fischl, and Sweet and Spicy. I was going to get Pardo the same way, but it only ended up taking 2 pulls, for which I used cards, to get her. Both Pardo and Bronnie are excellent Ice Support units.
