Is Mualani WORTH Your Primogems...?

How strong is Mualani truly? In this video, I am gonna dive into that question and also share my nitpicks with you. Is she an insane Hydro DPS, above the levels of Neuvillette? Does she have a variety of teammates, including unique teams like Burnvape? How good is Mualani for F2Ps? What about Mualani's movement & mobility thanks to her shark? Does Mualani have amazing Primogem investment levels thanks to her Signature Weapon & Constellations? What about overkilling as a Nuke DPS, or the fact that we already HAVE so many Hydro DPSes? Or is that a positive, because of Imaginarium Theater? What about her AOE nerfs? We'll be discussing all that & more today, so let's get into it!

Until now i’m still so thankful to Mihoyo for making power creeping to minimal.

I have a some reasons to pull for her:
1. Her design in my opinion is peak.
2. I don’t have much of hydro characters, the only characters I use is childe, furina, XQ. The rest is just Barabra and candace who I never ever lvled up.
3. Her animations looks amazing.
4. She’s good for exploration.
I hope I get her and not lose the 50/50

About IT, I have to stop pulling for hydro characters and get cryo/geo characters instead.

Please Hoyoverse just release good geo and cryo units especially off field because they are more useful.

I’m 100% going to pull for her! She looks soooo fun and strong!💕💕😋 I’m so excited to use her in the overworld too >w<

The thing is, her teams are quite underexplored as of today OwO the fact that her best teammates are characters like dehya, candance and Xinyan says a lot (her teams are not bad per se, she just doesnt synergyses very well with many current supports). For example, she’s lacking a good pyro applicatior and sub dps because Xiangling ER requirements are wayyyy too high

My plan is to first pull for Xilonen who is rumored to be a great universal support (like kazuha) and Mavuika who is rumored to be a pyro sub dps. Then I’ll get Mualani on her rerun and I’ll have a better team ready waiting for her to come home💕🥳

As one of whole 7 Xinyan fans, , I see this as an absolute win! (idk how I'd build her for Mualani support... the new set? Something that just makes her shield chonkier? Instructors? Not sure yet)

One reason for not pulling Mualani, because I have Neuvillette and Yelan. I don’t need more hydro.
Also I think her play-style is boring.

i’m absolutely pulling, i love her design, she looks super fun to play, and i can use her as a hydro DPS while i fix my neuvillette build (he’s pretty horrible rn)

I’m not interested in her as a character and don’t like her design (she seems sweet, fun, and positive though and truly wish I viewed her as you all seem to, wish I liked her), but I really like her Hawaiian themed tribe and appreciate that she appears distinct instead of per the claims she would supersede Neuvillette, she looks like she’ll ride the wave her own way and I hope she lives up to your expectations

I'm definitely keeping an eye on her rerun, but I need to see (and pull) the Archon and other key Natlan supports before I decide which dps I'm giving them to.

While I love Mualani, I find it quite...interesting to release an on fielder HP scaling hydro catalyst DPS considering Neuvilette came out not that long ago. I don't see why she couldn't have been a Claymore like Kinich - both of their movesets have very little to do with their actual weapon type. I don't mind her being HP scaling, since it synergizes with many hydro characters and hydro resonance (and also prevents Bennet from being her BnS for vaporize, but being a catalyst was like "really? You couldn't do like, sword or claymore?" lmao.

I'm saving for Kinich though. I've been wanting a Burgeon team and Kinich has provided the perfect vehicle for that, so I'm excited.

warning: dehya CANNOT use the new natlan artifact set, only natlan characters can use the new artifact sets, they only activate when using the nightsoul mechanic which only natlan characters have!!
